●Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

●Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

■ Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within India:

●Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

●Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

●Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

■ Shipping Charges

●Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

●Additional ₹150 is charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

 

■ Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

 

■ Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 

■ Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order. Haxane is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information.

 

■ Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.
