• Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

■ Returns
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
• Returns due to incorrect size selection are not accepted.

■ Size Exchange
• Size exchanges are currently not available.
• Please refer to the size guide before placing your order.

■ Product Condition
• Product must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.

■ Verification
• Product photos may be required.
• Packaging photos may be required.
• Order number must be provided.

■ Refund Process
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

■ Non-Eligible Cases
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused after delivery.
• Wrong size ordered.
• Products without original tags.
