Sizing Guide

HAXANE pieces are designed with a relaxed, oversized fit. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a more structured look, or staying true to size for the full oversized silhouette.

How to measure:

  • Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
  • Shoulders: Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other across your back.
  • Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.

All our garments are available in S, M, L, and XL. Size charts are listed on each individual product page.

Shipping

Domestic (India): Free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order required.

International: Flat rate of ₹1,800 for all international orders.

Delivery timeline: Orders are delivered within 8–14 business days from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We accept cancellations within 7 days of placing your order. Once the cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Product Care

To keep your HAXANE pieces looking their best, follow these care instructions:

Heavyweight Cotton (350 GSM):

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Turn inside out before washing to preserve print and colour.
  • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat to maintain shape.
  • Do not bleach or iron directly on prints.

Heavyweight Fleece (400 GSM):

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Avoid washing with rough fabrics that may cause pilling.
  • Do not bleach.

Denim (13 oz):

  • Wash sparingly — spot clean where possible to preserve the fabric's character.
  • When washing, turn inside out and use cold water.
  • Air dry only. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
  • Do not bleach.

Cotton Twill:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Iron on medium heat if needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can use this link to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for domestic orders across India.
  • Razorpay — secure online payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
